Ingredients
4 c. shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained) 1 sweet onion chopped | 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1 bag corn chips |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except corn chips together in a bowl.
- Put lid on bowl and refrigerate for at least four hours.
- Crush the bag of frito chili corn chips and add right before serving.
- Stir and enjoy.
