An easy and delicious twist on the classic taco. Using wonton strips gives a texture that is between a hard and soft taco shell. Bursting with flavor, cheese, and spice these cups are sure to be a weeknight favorite.

Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger meat, browned and drained 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 24 wonton wrappers | 1 ½ c. Colby and Monterey Jack cheese 1 can (10-oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Generously spray a standard size muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine cooked meat, taco seasoning, and Rotel in a bowl and mix well.
- Line each muffin tin with a wonton wrapper.
- Add 1.5 tbsp taco mixture.
- Top with 1 tbsp. of cheese.
- Press down and add another layer of wonton wrapper, taco mixture, and cheese.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes until cups are heated and edges are golden brown.
