A delicious breakfast dish that is no trouble to make. Having your entire breakfast in a pie shell makes clean up a breeze. We call for sausage, but you can substitute that for bacon if you like or leave out meat altogether.

Ingredients
1 9″ pie shell, unbaked 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained 2 c. cheddar cheese 1/4 c. tamed jalapenos | 5 eggs, well-beaten salt and pepper 1 tsp. onion powder |
Directions
- If you are using a rolled pie shell, be sure to set it out and let it get to room temp. before rolling out.
- Spread sausage evenly in bottom of prepared pie shell along with jalapenos.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
- Combine beaten eggs, salt, pepper, and onion powder together.
- Pour eggs over top of sausage.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until eggs are done.
- NOTE: you can substitute bacon for sausage or leave out meat altogether like pictured above.
