Ingredients
1 bunch fresh broccoli 1 medium head cauliflower 1 small onion 1 jar pimento | 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/3 c. vinegar 1/2 c. sugar |
Directions
- Clean and cut up broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces.
- Chop onion and pimento.
- Mix together mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, and sugar.
- Mix well and pour over vegetables.
- Place in refrigerate for several hours before serving to let marinate.
