The evolution of the brownie. And you thought they couldn’t get better? Well, add more chocolate chips, nuts, and marshmallow and they sure do!

Ingredients
3/4 c. butter, softened 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. flour 1 c. chocolate chips | 1/4 c. cocoa 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. mini marshmallows ½ c. pecans or walnuts, chopped |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine and thoroughly mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat into butter mixture.
- Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts.
- Spread into a 13×9” baking pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until firmly set in center.
- Cool before cutting into bars. Store in a tightly covered container.
