Ingredients
1 c. sugar ½ c. flour 2 eggs beaten 1 stick softened butter | 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 ½ c. coconut 1 tsp. vanilla 1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend sugar, flour, eggs, butter, and vanilla well.
- Stir in chocolate chips and coconut.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
