Chocolate Chip and Coconut Pie

A delicious combination of chocolate and coconut. Not overly sweet, yet very filling and simple to make.

15 min.

Serves
6-8

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
½ c. flour
2 eggs beaten
1 stick softened butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ c. coconut  
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend sugar, flour, eggs, butter, and vanilla well.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips and coconut.
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
