It’s a treat that is hard to beat. To us, it’s a staple of the Holiday season. Some are intimidated by making fudge, but trust us, this recipe is forgiving and sets up nicely.

Ingredients
3 c. sugar ¾ c. butter 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla | 3 pkg. (4 oz. each) Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate, chopped 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme |
Directions
- Bring sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to full rolling boil in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Cook 4 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees F, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate and marshmallow creme; stir until melted.
- Add vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour into 9″ pan. Cool completely.
