Ingredients
3 to 4 Irish potatoes Vegetable oil | Salt and pepper to taste A dash of onion powder |
Directions
- In cast-iron skillet, place enough vegetable oil enough to cover bottom of skillet.
- Place on medium heat to make oil come to a simmer.
- Add potatoes and season with desired amount of salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Let cook, flipping as needed so they do not burn.
- Cook till desired tenderness, about 30 minutes or so.
- Drain on paper towel and pepper more if desired. Enjoy.
