A delicious, classic Southern side. They really go with anything. Meat and potatoes are a hard combination to beat. Add more butter to make them even creamier.

Ingredients
4 to 6 Irish Potatoes, peeled and quartered 1 stick of butter | Salt to taste 1/4 c. to 1/2 c. milk |
Directions
- Boil quartered and peeled potatoes in a saucepan covered with water and salt to taste.
- Boil about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
- Drain water and return potatoes to pot.
- Add butter.
- Start creaming with a hand mixer and gradually add milk.
- Mix until creamy, adding as much milk as you want until you reach your desired consistency.
