A delicious and simple Italian dinner. Alfredo sauce is not hard to make and it is so much better when it’s homemade. Bursting with flavor and very creamy, this alfredo pasta is sure to please. Add some cooked shrimp or chicken if you wish.

Ingredients
¼ c. butter 1 c. heavy cream 1 clove garlic, crushed | 1 ½ c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese ¼ c. chopped parsley (optional) |
Directions
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Add cream and simmer for five minutes.
- Then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through.
- Stir in parsley if desired.
- Combine with cooked pasta noodles.
