So easy to make, creamy, and cheesy. You’ll never use the bought stuff again. It’s a perfect side dish that pretty much goes with anything. Add a side of potatoes of sorts as well, and you have yourself a meal!

Ingredients
1 c. elbow macaroni 2 tbsp. butter ¼ – ½ c. milk | ½ – ¾ c. cubed Velveeta cheese 1 tbsp. olive oil |
Directions
- Use a medium saucepan halfway filled with water and a little olive oil; bring to boil.
- Pour in the macaroni and stir and boil for 10 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Return to the saucepan. Reduce heat to low.
- Add butter, cubed cheese, and milk. (You can adjust the amount of cheese and milk based on how cheesy and thick you want it.)
- Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
- Done when cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
