Sometimes cooking seafood can be intimidating, but shrimp are very forgiving as long as you don’t over cook them. This recipe is super simple but incredibly delicious, just three ingredients and dinner is served.

Ingredients
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning | About 1 can of beer, enough to cover the shrimp in a pan |
Directions
- Place shrimp in pot and cover with beer.
- Add Old Bay and bring shrimp to a boil.
- Cover pot and boil shrimp for two minutes.
- Then, turn heat completely off, but leave shrimp covered exactly as they are and let sit for 4 minutes.
- Immediately drain to stop the cooking process.
- Enjoy!
