Ingredients
3 c. sugar 2 sticks butter, softened 7 eggs at room temp. | 3 c. cake flour, sifted 1 c. whipping cream 2 tsp. vanilla |
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine sugar and butter in bowl of electric mixer. Beat on medium speed until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Stir in 1 1/2 c. of flour and add whipping cream.
- Beat in remaining flour and vanilla. Pour into buttered loaf pans.
- Bake for 1 hour or until done.
