Ingredients
1 container of mushrooms 1 c. self-rising flour 1/2 tsp. salt | 1/4 tsp. pepper 3/4 c. beer |
Directions
- Wash and half mushrooms, then dry them completely.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Gradually stir in beer.
- Mix until smooth.
- Bring deep fryer to 350 degrees.
- Coat mushrooms in batter then place a few in the deep fryer.
- Fry for about 3 minutes on each side, or until brown.
