Fudge and pie together in one? Did you think desserts could get any better? Well, now they have. This dessert is a twist on the typical pudding-like filling of a chocolate pie and instead has a richer, fuller chocolate filling. It’s hard to beat.

Cook Time
45 min.

Prep Time
5 min.

Serves
6-8

Ingredients

1 ½ c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 unbaked pie shell
½ stick margarine, melted
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix sugar and cocoa together.
  3. Beat eggs well and add milk.
  4. Gradually add sugar and cocoa mixture and beat well.
  5. Add margarine then stir in vanilla.
  6. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
