This is a Holiday classic around here and a sure favorite. Sweet, indulgent, but not overly chocolatey. You’ll want to make it all year round, and it’s so easy to make you just might!

Ingredients
6 full-size Hershey© Candy Bars 1 box instant vanilla pudding 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix | 1 c. oil 12 oz. Cool Whip© 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. white sugar 1 c. powdered sugar |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- For the cake, mix together cake mix, pudding, eggs, milk, and oil.
- Grate two of the Hershey© bars and mix into cake batter.
- Pour the batter into three layered-cake pans.
- Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- For the icing, mix together Cool Whip©, cream cheese, both sugars, and the four remaining candy bars, grated.
- Once cake is cooled, spread icing between the layers and around the cake.
- Refrigerate until serving.
