One of our all-time favorite desserts. It’s not overly sweet but has a delicious hint of cinnamon and literally melts in your mouth with its glaze. You won’t belive it’s this delicious as it is so simple to make.

Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix 1 small pkg. yellow pudding 3/4 c. oil 4 eggs 8 oz. sour cream | 2 tbsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. milk 1 c. brown sugar |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix yellow cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs, 1 tbsp. vanilla, and sour cream together for 2 minutes with an electric mixer.
- Put ½ of mix in cake pan (9×13″ pan).
- Then mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over batter in pan.
- Put remainder of batter in pan and cut with knife.
- Bake 40 minutes.
- Top with icing when cake is warm.
- Icing: mix powdered sugar, remaining vanilla, and milk. Stir well.
