Ingredients
1 (9″) pie shell 1 9-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 can sliced mushrooms 2 tbsp. butter 4 eggs | 3/4 tsp. minced garlic 3/4 tsp. minced onion flakes Shredded cheese 1 c. milk Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake pie shell for 10 minutes.
- Saute mushrooms, spinach, garlic, and onion in butter till browned.
- In pie shell layer spinach and mushroom mixture and top with cheese.
- Mix milk, eggs, salt, and pepper in bowl and pour in pie shell.
- Top with a little more cheese if desired.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes
