Ingredients
4 large tomatoes, cut into wedges 2 cucumber, peeled and cubed 1 large Vidalia onion, peeled & sliced 1/2 c. olive oil | 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. Oregano |
Directions
- Put prepared vegetables in large salad bowl.
- In smaller bowl combine remaining ingredients.
- Stir until salt and sugar are dissolved.
- Pour dressing over vegetables.
- Let stand in refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
