Ingredients
2 c. sugar 1 c. shortening 4 eggs 1 ½ c. self-rising flour | 1/3 cup cocoa 3 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts 3 c. mini marshmallows |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Mix together sugar, shortening, and eggs.
- Sift flour and cocoa into sugar mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Mix well.
- Pour batter into 9×13 cake pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Take out of oven. Pour marshmallows onto cake.
- Watch until melted, then remove from oven.
- Pour icing onto warm cake.
