Creamy and oh so delicious. You’ll never want to eat a bought cheesecake again. And believe it or not, it’s really pretty easy to make. Plus, add some homemade strawberry glaze to the top and it’s hard to beat!

Ingredients
Crust: 2 ½ cups of graham crackers 2 tbsp. sugar ½ cup melted butter | Filling: 1 ½ cups sugar 16 oz. sour cream 2 tsp. vanilla 1 can sweetened condensed milk 8 eggs 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2. lb cream cheese, softened |
Directions
- Crush graham crackers and mix in sugar.
- Mix in butter and form crust in a 10″ spring-form pan by patting it down on bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan.
- Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix just until combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, until thoroughly mixed.
- Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
- Shut oven off but leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour.
- Remove and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
