Ingredients
1 large box peach Jell-O 2 c. hot water 1 c. cold water 2 c. miniature marshmallows 2 chopped bananas 1 small can crushed pineapple drained, save juice | 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 egg, beaten 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice (use saved juice plus water) 2 oz. cream cheese |
Directions
- Mix together Jell-O, cold water, hot water, and marshmallows.
- Set in the refrigerator.
- When mixture starts to jell, add the bananas and pineapples.
- Set this Jell-O mixture aside.
- Add all ingredients together on the left hand side, except for cream cheese.
- Cook these ingredients on the stove top until they begin to thicken.
- Add cream cheese.
- Set off stove and let cool.
- Then pour on top of Jell-O mixture. Top with Cool-Whip if you desire.
