Similar to Banana Pudding, but tropical. It’s a fresh twist on the classic dessert. Fruity and light, it’s sure to please.

Ingredients
| 3 c. milk 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 stick butter | 1 lg can crushed pineapple 1 bag miniature marshmallows 1 tsp. vanilla |
Directions
- Mix sugar and flour in skillet.
- Gradually add milk and stir over medium heat.
- After mixed well, add butter and vanilla.
- Stir constantly until thick.
- Put pineapple and marshmallows in a large glass bowl.
- Pour pudding mixture over pineapple and marshmallows. Stir together.
- The marshmallow will rise to the top to make a topping.
