Perhaps the ultimate appetizer, party pleaser, or all-around snack. Sausage is just hard to beat and adding cream cheese makes them even better.

Ingredients
1 lb. sausage of your choice 12 oz. mild cheddar cheese 3 c. Bisquick mix | Half a block of cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp. milk |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Brown and scramble sausage in a skillet. Do not drain grease.
- Add cheese and Bisquick mix. Stir.
- Add in cream cheese and enough milk to reach desired consistency (should be able to hold together but still slightly gooey).
- Bake for 15 minutes. Balls should still be soft and not burnt on bottom.
