Ingredients
6-7 potatoes 4 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. garlic powder Salt and pepper | 1 chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. milk 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese |
Directions
- Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until mushy.
- Saute onion in butter. Add onions to potatoes.
- Stir in mushroom soup and cheese until melted.
- Add milk and cook until thick over medium heat.
- Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
