Ingredients
1 ham hock Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 – 1/2 c. flour | 1 bag of white beans Water |
Directions
- Place beans and ham in saucepan. Cover with water.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on medium-low heat for about one hour covered with lid.
- Once beans are tinder, stir in flour – just enough to thicken.
