Ingredients
1 block 32-oz. Queso Blanco Velveeta Cheese 1 c. milk | 1 can Mild Rotel Diced tomatoes and green chilies |
Directions
- Cut cheese into small cubes and place in slow-cooker.
- Add milk and Rotel.
- Cover with lid and cook on high for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Stir often.
- Ready to serve when cheese is completely melted.
