Ingredients
1 lb. frozen hashbrowns 1 stick butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1 chopped onion | 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder |
Directions
- Defrost hashbrowns.
- Saute onion using butter. Once transparent, set aside to cool.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients with hashbrowns, ending with sauteed onions.
- Put mixture into a casserole dish.
- Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
- Uncover and cook for 20 more minutes.
