Incredibly cheesy and delicious, even if you don’t like squash! This is a perfect way to make squash and is even simpler than making a squash casserole. They make the perfect individual serving size, too.

Ingredients
4 med.-sized squash, cut up 4 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder | 1 c. mixed cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 c. heavy cream 3/4 c. flour (approx.) |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook squash in butter, garlic powder, and onion powder in pan. Let it cook down until tender. Then mash.
- Combine with cream, cheese, and flour. Mix together well.
- Place in standard-size muffin tins.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
