A perfect appetizer. It requires few ingredients and is almost fool-proof to make. Your crowd will surely be pleased.

Ingredients
2 pkgs. large mushrooms 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 16-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese | 1 16-oz. tube mild or hot sausage Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brown and scramble sausage in skillet.
- Drain grease.
- Mix cooked sausage with all the cream cheese and half the mozzarella.
- Add salt and pepper to desired preference.
- Combine until well blended.
- Rinse mushrooms with water and take stems out.
- Take a good-sized spoonful of sausage mixture and place in mushrooms.
- Place them on the pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Broil for remaining two minutes.
