Have it for breakfast or a “healthier” dessert. It’s incredibly moist and delicious. Oh, and it’s not even that hard to make. Have some ripe bananas lying around? This is a no-brainer to make.

Ingredients
½ c. butter ¾ c. white sugar ¼ c. brown sugar 2 eggs, beaten 4 bananas, finely crushed | 1 ½ c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. vanilla |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and crushed bananas.
- Combine well.
- Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture.
- Add vanilla and mix well.
- Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake for about 1 hour.
