Tommy’s Key Lime Pie

Simply divine. It’s not overpowering nor too sweet. It strikes a perfect balance between both lemon and lime juice. It gets even better the longer it sets.

overnight

Serves
6-8

Ingredients

1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. lime juice
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 graham cracker crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix juices and milk together.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes.
  5. Once cool, use an electric mixer to whip heavy cream and add the sugar.
  6. Spread over pie.
  7. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy.
