Only two ingredients, but it’s incredibly delicious. It can be intimidating to cook a ham, but this recipe is foolproof. Make sure you give yourselves plenty of time, though, because it takes a long time to cook – low and slow makes the meat very tender.

1 whole cured ham | 1 can of dark soda |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 295 degrees.
- Wash ham and cut slits in it.
- Place ham in a large baking pan.
- Pour soda over ham.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 11 hours.
- Let cool then debone.
- Enjoy at room temperature.
