Ingredients
3 c. chopped cooked chicken 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. seedless red grapes, halved 1 large Gala apple, diced | 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. diced celery 1/2 c. honey mustard Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake walnuts in a single layer in a shallow pan 6 to 8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Mix together chicken, next 5 ingredients, and walnuts. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill.
- Serve on croissant, loaf bread, bed of lettuce, or eat it on its own.
