Everything is better with white chocolate, so when we take a holiday classic like fudge and add white chocolate, you know it’s going to be good. And it sure is! This sweet melt-in-your-mouth treat is bursting with white chocolate flavor and hints of vanilla.

Ingredients
1 tsp. + 3/4 c. butter, divided and softened 3 c. sugar 12 oz. white chocolate chips | 1 can (5-oz.) evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 jar (7-oz.) marshmallow cream |
Directions
- Grease 9×13″ pan with 1 tsp. butter.
- In saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and remaining butter.
- Bring to a rapid boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 4 minutes, stirring the entire time.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow cream until melted.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Then immediately pour into pan.
- Let set for about 2 hours before enjoying.
