White Chocolate Icing

White Chocolate. Butter. Powdered Sugar. What’s not to like? Oh, and did we mention it’s pretty simple to make? You’ll like this one for sure. Spread it on anything you like!

Serves 3 c. frosting

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter at room temp. 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

4 oz. white chocolate, melted 1/2 tbsp. milk

Directions

1. Cream butter in mixer until fluffy. Add vanilla.
2. Slowly mix in powdered sugar.
3. Then mix in white chocolate. Add enough mil to reach desired consistency.
4. Ice cooled brownies, cakes, or cookies.
